For the Herb Butter
- 2 sticks unsalted butter room temperature
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Kosher salt
- 1 1/2 Tablespoon fresh chopped rosemary
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons fresh chopped thyme
- 3 garlic cloves
