Storage Tips

Just remember to move it to your fridge the night before you plan to use it. For the best flavor, take it out of the fridge about 30 minutes before serving – this lets all those amazing spices and flavors really shine.
Serving Suggestions
Your homemade peach chutney will add a sweet and spicy zip to so many dishes! Try it spooned over roasted pork loin for a Sunday dinner that’ll wow everyone at the table. It’s also amazing with ham, adding a fruity contrast to the salty meat.
For weeknight meals, spread it on grilled chicken breasts or turkey cutlets. The blend of peaches, cranberries, and warming spices makes this chutney a perfect partner for any meat that needs a flavor boost!
Variations & Substitutions
Can’t find fresh peaches? You can use frozen peaches – just thaw and drain them first. If you’re not a fan of raisins, try chopped dried apricots instead. No dried cranberries? Double up on the raisins!
For the crystallized ginger, you could use 2 tablespoons of freshly grated ginger root if you prefer. Want it less sweet? Feel free to reduce the sugar by up to 1 cup – just know this might change the texture a bit. And if sweet onions aren’t available, red onions work great too!
